Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 07:31PM Vine Resources presents free media for churches to use during their services. For the most part they have a bunch of themed PowerPoint imagery and video loops. It also includes the images alone which you could use in your bulletin.
Sunday, February 1, 2009 at 07:00PM Church Media Design TV (CMDTV) is an internet video show hosted by Brad Zimmerman from Watermark Church in Michigan. He is assisted behind the scenes by Adam Foster.
The shows provide information for anyone who is helping with media in their church. Each one presents news on software or websites of interest and also "tips, tricks and how-tos" on creating video or imagery for the church.
Recent shows have covered basic video compositing, creating 3D text and using ProPresenter software. Please go check out their show as it has a ton of useful info and Brad is sure to remind us of the heart of what we do, reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus.
